Chronic drug shortages frustrate EU pharmacists, patients

At a drug wholesaler warehouse in Belgium, shelves are emptier than they used to be. Like other EU nations, Belgium has increasingly experienced medicine shortages that vex pharmacists, exasperate patients and risk overloading public health services.
